# GTA 5 and RDR2 Leave PS Plus on Nov 17: Full List

If GTA 5 or Red Dead Redemption 2 has been sitting half-finished in your PS Plus library, the clock is running. Sony's Last Chance to Play list for November is out, and both Rockstar games are on it. I first saw it in an [IGN post on X](https://x.com/IGN/status/2114537753996112337?ref=blog.harshkohli.com) and then checked the list against [Push Square](https://www.pushsquare.com/news/2026/10/first-ps-plus-extra-game-removal-for-november-2026-confirmed?ref=blog.harshkohli.com) and [PlayStation LifeStyle](https://www.playstationlifestyle.net/2026/10/19/games-leaving-ps-plus-extra-premium-november-2026?ref=blog.harshkohli.com), who pulled it from the PlayStation Store.

## What happened

Eleven games leave PS Plus Extra and Premium on November 17, 2026\. That's two days before GTA 6 arrives on November 19\. Here's the list:

- Red Dead Redemption 2 (PS4)
- Grand Theft Auto 5 (PS4, PS5)
- Football Manager 26 (PS5)
- The Talos Principle 2 (PS5)
- Cricket 24 (PS4, PS5)
- Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom (PS4, PS5)
- Hotshot Racing (PS4)
- Rock of Ages 3: Make & Break (PS4)
- Earth Defense Force 4.1: The Shadow of New Despair (PS4)
- Rapala Fishing Pro Series (PS4)
- Yet Another Zombie Defense HD (PS4)

The list isn't identical everywhere. PlayStation LifeStyle marks several smaller titles as select regions only, and some stores also show Thank Goodness You're Here. Sony sometimes adds to the list during the month, so check your own console.

## Why it matters

Extra and Premium don't work like the monthly Essential games. You never own catalog games, so once they leave, they stop launching, even if they're already downloaded. Your saves stay on the console or in cloud storage. If you buy the game later, you can usually pick up where you left off.

The timing isn't subtle. Pulling GTA 5 and RDR2 right before GTA 6 lands clears the stage for Rockstar's new game. Both have rotated in and out of PS Plus several times, though, so they'll probably come back at some point.

Cricket fans should take note too. Cricket 24 is one of the few proper cricket games on PlayStation, and it's leaving at the same time.

## What to do

- Open the PS Plus section on your PS5, go to the game catalog and look for the Last Chance to Play collection to see your region's exact list.
- Pick one game you can realistically finish in three weeks. RDR2's story is long, so be honest with yourself.
- If you want to keep a game, look for a discount before November 17\. Your saves will carry over to the bought copy.
- Make sure cloud saves are turned on (Premium and Extra both include cloud storage) in case you return later.
